Hailey Hoffman

Hailey started as a pop-up stand franchisee back in 2017 during our humble beginnings. She later became the CEO of Redway US in 2020 and became an official board director in 2023. Since then she has taken the additional role as the Chief Operating Officer of RDWY Global and is leading the company to new markets.
George Sanford
CFO, RDWY Global Holdings
George started at RDWY Global back in 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer of Reinjo.com, he later joined RDWY Global when the Reinjo Corporation became a part of the RDWY Global Holdings company back in early 2026.
Gael Nava
CTO, RDWY Global Holdings
Gael joined the RDWY Global family in December 2025. He has since led the e-commerce and tech departments into what they are today!
Connor Dorente
Chief Retail Officer, RDWY Global Holdings
Connor started as a Redway Payment Solutions associate back in 2022 and worked his way up as RDWY Global's Chief Retail Officer. He oversees all of RDWY Global's e-commerce operations including some of RDWY Global's largest platforms like Redway.store & Reinjo.com as well as our worldwide brick and mortar locations.
Alexis Norris

Alexis joined RDWY Global in 2023 and helped re-brand the entire RDWY Global Holdings website & Redway International. She manages the entire RDWY/Redway Media department including our social media departments.
Mason Young
Chief Human Resource Officer, RDWY Global Holdings
Mason manages RDWY Global's entire HR department including One Redway (OneRedway.com), our official associate and supplier hub. He started back in 2024, since then we have seen massive improvements on how we do it the right way, everyday for our people.
Jackson Moore
Head of Consumer & Asset Protection, RDWY Global Holdings
Jackson started with Redway International back in 2019 as a part of the company's restructuring. He manages the entire Asset & Consumer Protection departments across our family of brands.
Candace Sherman

Candace started as a Department Lead of Global Payment Solutions back in 2023, she has since taken the role as Executive VP of Payment Solutions in early 2026. She manages all of our Payment Solutions operations and works closely with Jackson Moore to ensure a successful future of RDWY Global.

Megan started her career with RDWY Global in March, 2026. She manages all of RDWY Global offices & facilities worldwide. She insures that all processes are being followed & manages all of the company's VP's under facility and office management.
Ashley Garcia

Ashley manages the entire RDWY Global Customer Service department including the RDWY Global website, Redway International help centers, & the official customer support number (1-844-733-1929).
